Psalm 55 - 57

Brothers and Sisters,
22 Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you;
he will never let the righteous be shaken. (Psalm 55:22)
How does one cast his cares on the Lord? The Bible explains how to do that in 1 Philippians 4:6, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Basically, we keep thinking about God not about our problems. Simple? But very difficult to do, however not impossible.
