Brothers and Sisters,
20 Peter turned and saw that the disciple whom Jesus loved was following them. (This was the one who had leaned back against Jesus at the supper and had said, “Lord, who is going to betray you?”) 21 When Peter saw him, he asked, “Lord, what about him?” 22 Jesus answered, “If I want him to remain alive until I return, what is that to you? You must follow me.” (John 21)
You cannot base your service or your walk with the Lord on how the Lord is working on the life of someone else. Jesus answered to Peter, “If I want him to remain alive until I return, what is that to you? You must follow me, (ch 21:22)" We are all soldiers in the army of the Lord, each one of us must follow Jesus wherever that may lead. Some of us will have it easy in this life, some of us will have it hard in this life, but we must follow Jesus.
Please read all three chapters John 19 - 21.
May the Lord richly bless you!
