Deuteronomy 26 - 28

Brothers and Sisters,
We need not wait until problems befall us to turn to the Lord. To keep those problems from coming into our lives in the first place is "to serve the Lord, our God, with happiness and with gladness of heart, when we have abundance of everything" (Deuteronomy 28:47). It is not enough to go to the motion of serving the Lord, we must serve him with happiness and gladness of heart.
