When was the last time you asked Jesus a serious question about your church?  I believe that the life of the Christian is not subjected to blind chance. God is in charge of our lives. So, when things happen, it is not wrong to ask Jesus why, just like the disciples did because they wanted to do better next time.

²⁸ And when He had come into the house, His disciples asked Him privately, “Why could we not cast it out?”

²⁹ So He said to them, “This kind can come out by nothing but prayer and fasting.” (Mark 9)

If we want to overcome our natural unbelief, we must stay close to God in prayer and fasting.
