Psalm 49 -51

Brothers and Sisters,
Why did Jesus come into this world? The answer is simple, but most people do not know it. Christ came into this word to save sinners and give them eternal life , that includes you and me (1 Timothy 1:15, John 3:16). Only God (in the person of Jesus Christ) could pay the price to bring eternal life to humanity. The Psalmist had a hint of that truth when he wrote, " No one can redeem the life of another or give to God a ransom for them— the ransom for a life is costly, no payment is ever enough— so that they should live on forever and not see decay. But God will redeem me from the realm of the dead; he will surely take me to himself. " (Psalm 49:7-9 and 15).
The whole point of the preaching of the Gospel is the proclamation of eternal life through faith in Jesus.
