Brothers and Sisters,
We live in a time when people are afraid of giving their testimonies in church. It is understandable that a Christian would refrain of talking about himself. But there is a time to boast, and the Bible tells us how to do it:
But, "Let the one who boasts boast in the Lord." (2 Corinthians 10:17)
We should not engage our enemies directly. The surest way to engage them is to testify about the Lord; when we do, the enemies will flee.
I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.2 I will be glad and rejoice in you; I will sing the praises of your name, O Most High.3 My enemies turn back; they stumble and perish before you. (Psalm 9:1-3)
May the Lord richly bless you!
