Hello:

Book of Lamentations Challenge – Day 15 Lamentations 1 (Please click on the blue links to be directed to the Readings)

20 “See, Lord, how distressed I am!
 I am in torment within,
and in my heart I am disturbed,
 for I have been most rebellious.
Outside, the sword bereaves;
 inside, there is only death. (Lamentations 1:20)

It is never too late to repent. God wants us to come back no matter how far we have gone. His forgiveness is part of the demonstration of his glory, it is shown in his compassion toward people. “And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, “The Lord, the Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness” (Exodus 34:6).

May the Lord richly bless you!

Hello:

Book of Lamentations Challenge – Day 16 Lamentations 2, 3 (Please click on the blue links to be directed to the Readings)

22 Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed,
 for his compassions never fail.
23 They are new every morning;

 great is your faithfulness.
24 I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion;
 therefore I will wait for him.”

25 The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him,
 to the one who seeks him;
26 it is good to wait quietly

 for the salvation of the Lord.
27 It is good for a man to bear the yoke
 while he is young.  (Lamentations 3:22-27)

May the Lord richly bless you!
